CERMA Summer School
CERMA is pleased to announce the second edition of its Professional Integration Summer School which will take place on Friday, September 1 and 8, 2023 at the Kruger Pavilion at Laval University. It is open to all students as well as CERMA postdoctoral researchers.
This activity aims to equip the next generation for their future careers and to help them move towards career choices other than teaching. It is provided by Le 2nd lab, a proven organization made up of former students of the Center. The presentation will be given in French with the slides in English. it will also be possible to ask questions in English.
The summer school will cover the following themes:
- Opportunities after graduate studies
- Skills assessment
- Job Search Strategies
- Networking
CERMA assumes all costs of the School, except student registration which amounts to $100 per person. This amount may be paid by the research director, by the student, or by both.
Note that the number of places is limited to 20 people.
